By having a company secretarial department Cheesmans can offer a rare breadth of services, including those outside of what is normally associated with accountancy firms: for example, company incorporations and restructuring together with the preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate documentation.
Continuity in our service
Cheesmans will always appoint a senior member of staff dedicated to you and/or your business. We will also ensure that you have a dedicated point of contact within the firm from your first contact with us, to help the firm build its relationship with you and to ensure we understand your needs and the services required.
We pull out all the stops
Cheesmans values its client relationships and understands that not all issues and queries arise at a convenient time, or can wait until a more convenient time. If you need urgent advice or support we are happy to provide this within the time frame you require. We also have a wide range of contacts who can be utilised should specialist advice outside of our remit be required.
Face-to-face approach
Cheesmans prides itself on meeting with clients as often as possible – our preference is to discuss matters in a meeting environment in order to build our relationship. However, when this is not possible the principal and our senior members of staff are always available to provide advice on the telephone or by email.
